In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

By registering an Account on bjbagi, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the bjbagi Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or promotional terms published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the bjbagi Platform and, if applicable, request account closure by contacting bjbagi customer support at [email protected].

bjbagi reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or via a prominent Platform notification. It is the Player's responsibility to check for updates periodically.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on bjbagi, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. bjbagi enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21 years for all real-money gaming and betting activity. No exceptions are made.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting in your own personal capacity, and not on behalf of a third party, business, or syndicate.
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing or using online casino or sports betting services is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of bjbagi or any associated entity.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion on any gaming platform, including bjbagi.

bjbagi reserves the right to request age and identity verification documentation from any Player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe will result in account suspension until verification is completed.

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only on the bjbagi Platform. The existence of duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated Accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

Registration Requirements

During registration, Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email. Providing false registration details is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account closure.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bjbagi login credentials. bjbagi will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. Any activity conducted through your Account — including bets placed and withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have reported unauthorised access to bjbagi promptly upon becoming aware of it.

• Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on your Account for enhanced security.
• Use a unique password not shared with other online services.
• Log out of your Account when using shared or public devices.
• Report any suspected unauthorised access to [email protected] immediately.

Account Verification (KYC)

bjbagi applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in line with international gaming compliance standards. Full KYC verification — including government-issued photo ID and proof of address — is required before processing any withdrawal request. bjbagi may also request source-of-funds documentation for higher-value transactions.

bjbagi supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and USDT. All Account balances are held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified.

Deposits

• Deposits are processed instantly for mobile wallet methods (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) and within standard banking hours for HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank transfers.
• Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the bjbagi Wallet page and may vary by payment method.
• bjbagi does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Funds must originate from a payment method registered in the same name as the bjbagi Account.
• bjbagi does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals require completed KYC verification prior to processing.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are processed within 1–3 business days subject to banking system availability.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to manual review for security and compliance purposes. bjbagi reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing funds.
• Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
• bjbagi reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request that is still pending processing if the Player requests it, subject to the Player's continued compliance with these Terms & Conditions.

bjbagi offers a range of bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to Pakistani players, including welcome bonuses, PSL cricket betting promotions, Eid reload offers, cashback programmes, and free spins on selected slot titles. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific conditions published at the time the offer is made.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live table games and certain slots may contribute at reduced rates. Eligible games and contribution percentages are listed per promotion.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified for each promotion. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one active bonus may be held simultaneously. Opting into a new bonus while a previous bonus remains active may result in forfeiture of the prior bonus.
• Abuse Prevention: bjbagi monitors for bonus abuse including, but not limited to, the opening of duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, systematic low-risk wagering designed to exploit bonus mechanics, and any form of coordinated bonus exploitation. Suspected abuse will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account suspension.

All casino games available on the bjbagi Platform — including slot titles, live dealer tables (roulette, blackjack, baccarat, game shows), and RNG table games — are operated in accordance with the following rules:

• Slot game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. The house edge and Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are published within the game's information panel.
• Live dealer games are operated via real-time video streams hosted by certified live gaming studios. The rules of each live table game variant are displayed before gameplay commences.
• bjbagi is not responsible for interruptions to gameplay caused by network connectivity issues on the Player's end. In the event of a technical failure on bjbagi's infrastructure during a game round, the affected round will be settled according to bjbagi's technical malfunction policy, which aims to return the Player to the state they were in before the affected round began.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits per game are displayed within the game interface. These limits may be adjusted from time to time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to use game software exploits, glitches, or third-party automation tools to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

bjbagi offers sports betting markets including PSL cricket, international test cricket, T20I tournaments, ICC events, and UFC fight nights. All sports bets placed on bjbagi are subject to the following conditions:

Bet Acceptance

All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the Player. bjbagi reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion, including in cases where the Platform suspects irregular betting activity or where market integrity concerns apply.

In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting markets on PSL and other cricket events are subject to rapid odds changes. bjbagi is not responsible for any delay between the real-world event state and the odds displayed on the Platform that may result from transmission latency. Bets placed on suspended or closed markets will be voided and stakes returned.

Settlement

Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body — for PSL, this is the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB); for international cricket, the International Cricket Council (ICC); for UFC, the Ultimate Fighting Championship. Results subsequently overturned on appeal may result in bet re-settlement at bjbagi's discretion.

Abandoned & Void Events

If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed beyond the timeframe specified in the individual market rules, or declared void by the governing body, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's bjbagi Account within 24 hours.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bjbagi Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their Account immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals frozen, and may have their Account permanently closed with balances forfeited pending investigation:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity, age, or payment information during registration or verification.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any casino game or sports bet, including chip-dumping in poker-style games.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematic exploitation of promotional offers or odds discrepancies across betting markets in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational betting.
• Automated Betting Systems: Using bots, scripts, AI-assisted betting tools, or any third-party software to automate betting decisions or actions on the Platform.
• Money Laundering: Using bjbagi as a vehicle to deposit, cycle, and withdraw funds with the primary purpose of disguising the origin of those funds. bjbagi is required to report suspicious transaction activity to relevant compliance authorities.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks against legitimate bjbagi deposits. Any confirmed chargeback fraud will result in permanent account closure and legal action.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one bjbagi Account, whether personally or through third parties.
• Underage Access: Registering or facilitating the registration of any person under the age of 21 on the bjbagi Platform.

bjbagi is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Pakistani players. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and should never be viewed as a source of income or a method of resolving financial difficulties.

bjbagi provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Account holders, accessible directly from the Account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations with automatic logout reminders.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen notifications of time spent and net activity during active sessions.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) during which no login, deposit, or betting activity is permitted.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the bjbagi Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the specified exclusion period.

All content on the bjbagi Platform — including but not limited to the bjbagi brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of bjbagi or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bjbagi Platform solely for personal, recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written authorisation from bjbagi.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any bjbagi software or game.
• Use the bjbagi brand, logo, or trademarks in any marketing, promotional, or commercial context without express written permission.
• Frame or mirror any part of the bjbagi Platform on any third-party website or application.

Any unauthorised use of bjbagi's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action. Third-party game content available on bjbagi is the property of the respective game providers and is governed by their licensing agreements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bjbagi's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their bjbagi Account during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bjbagi shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses or damages.
• Service interruptions caused by factors outside bjbagi's reasonable control, including third-party payment processor outages, telecommunications failures, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain adequate security for their Account credentials.
• Errors in the Player's own bet placement or game selections.

bjbagi's collection, use, and protection of personal data is governed by the bjbagi Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them.

By registering an Account, you consent to bjbagi processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account administration, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable gaming compliance obligations.

bjbagi does not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without explicit consent. Data shared with third-party payment processors (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) is limited to what is strictly necessary to process the relevant transaction.

bjbagi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — such as alterations to withdrawal procedures, eligibility requirements, or bonus wagering rules — bjbagi will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players via the email address on their Account or via a prominent in-Platform notification.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Players who continue to use the bjbagi Platform following the publication of revised Terms & Conditions are deemed to have accepted those revisions. Players who do not accept amended terms should cease Platform use and request account closure.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming compliance frameworks applicable to bjbagi's operating jurisdiction.

Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute between a Player and bjbagi, the following process applies:

1. Step 1 – Contact Support: The Player should first contact bjbagi customer support at [email protected], providing full details of the dispute including Account username, date and time of the incident, and a description of the issue. bjbagi will acknowledge the dispute within 48 hours.
2. Step 2 – Internal Review: bjbagi's compliance team will investigate the dispute and provide a written decision within 14 business days. For complex cases, this timeframe may be extended, with the Player notified accordingly.
3. Step 3 – Escalation: If the Player is not satisfied with bjbagi's internal decision, they may request escalation to bjbagi's senior compliance management. A final written decision will be issued within a further 10 business days.

Disputes regarding the mathematical outcome of games or bets determined by certified RNG or live dealer systems are not subject to reversal and are considered final once the relevant gaming session or event has concluded.

All disputes must be submitted within 30 days of the incident in question. bjbagi will not consider disputes submitted outside this window.
